Terms of Use

These terms are between you and ETRC Solutions LLC ("we"). By using Stuff, you agree to them.

Who can use Stuff

Stuff is intended for people aged 16 and over.

Your master password

There is no way to recover your vault without your master password. We don't have it, and we can't reset it. You're responsible for remembering it and for keeping backups. Stuff is beta software, so keep backups somewhere off the device.

Your content

What you put in Stuff is yours. We claim no rights to it.

Using Messages properly

You agree not to use Stuff to:

• harm, exploit or sexualize children, in any way
• harass, threaten or stalk anyone
• send spam, scams or malware
• break the law or violate someone else's rights
• attack or overload the relay, or try to get around its limits

We can refuse relay access to anyone who breaks these rules, where we're able to identify them. See our safety page for how to report a problem.

AI answers

The AI can be wrong, and it can make things up. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Characters are fictional, and what they say about themselves isn't real. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

The software

We give you a personal license to install and use Stuff. Please don't resell it or pass off a copy as your own. Models and other parts of Stuff come from other projects and keep their own licenses.

No warranty

Stuff is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We can't promise it will always work, that the relay will always be available, or that data won't be lost.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, including a vault you can't open. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Stuff in the previous 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may change Stuff or these terms, and we'll post new terms here. You can stop using Stuff at any time by uninstalling it. If we ever shut down the relay, your vault and notes stay on your devices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where ETRC Solutions LLC is registered.
