What we can't do
Privacy is easier to promise than to prove, so here is the plain version.
We can't reset your passwordThere's no recovery key and no back door. Lose your master password and your vault is gone, so keep a backup and remember it.
We can't read your vaultIt isn't on our servers. It lives on your devices and moves between them over your own network.
We can't read your messagesThey're encrypted on your device. The relay holds them only until they're delivered, and for 14 days at most.
We can't see how you use StuffThe app has no analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting.
